Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Aura Digital ("Agency") for services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. All services will be defined in a mutually agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Confidentiality

The Agency agrees to treat all client information, including business data and customer lists, as confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the Client's consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Agency's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
